Ok, just finished putting this together a few weeks ago. This is is a 1989 MIJ Fender Strat body and a 84-87 E Series MIJ Strat Neck. Love these 80s MIJ necks, this one has a gloss finish, and a very flat U shaped neck profile and 22 med-jumbo frets. The body is a very cool charcoal metallic grey.

Pickups are Seymour Duncan Screamin Demon bridge - and 2 DiMarzio HS-2 stacked singles.

5 way Schaller megaswitch and two push/pull pots. Vol pot toggles the neck pickup between series/parallel and the tone pot toggles the mid pickup to series in phase/series out of phase.

Original Floyd Rose, warmoth pickguard.

It's still OFR specs though, actually better, it has a solid brass trem block, not that zinc crap that comes on the OFR.

Oh absolutely, I love the Ping system; had one in a Mexi Double Fat Strat that I used for years; the block on it was huge and the trem was as stable as anything i've used. I was just being a pedant :cop:

Enjoy the NGD, it's a beaut :)
