Members roygbiv
I bought a couple of guitars that were great deals and I like them because both have inspired me to play more. But the best deal of 2009 was getting married to a woman that I love. the best stuff in life isn't stuff.

Members Yavin
I had a good year: On the Lunch5 deal I got my daughter a Daisy Rock cutaway short scale acoustic for $39. The gig bag it came with was worth that! I scored a '74 Bassman Ten 4x10 with new tubes for $200. 1994 Taylor 410 with Ebony fretboard and pinless ebony bridge and original case for $400. Members super56k
I can't believe I forgot about this but a First Act Lola for $113 shipped was an amazing deal. I proceeded to double that investment with 2 BG pure 90s (bought used cheap) and refinishing supplies to make it into a brown faded/satin finish. Awesome guitar and well worth the $225 or so I have in it.

Members Bad Chile
I gots me a brand new Memory Boy delay for $17.20. My insurance company charged me only a $15 copy for the delivery of my son (after my wife was in labor 32 hours), instead of the $250 they were supposed to charge. Pretty sweet deal on the kid, methinks.

Members V-Type
Ill let my great price deal out as well. And from the Hated GC.Used Line 6 Flextone III plus 1x12 near mint - $179 - 10% = $160 out the door.New Line 6 FBV Shortboard / closeout - $139 minus 10% = $120 out the door.Total $280 for amp, foot controller and complete recording/board connectivity rig. Then take the $150 trade in they took off for my old Flex II and I think I spent $132 that day total and I really havent quite been bored with the amp yet after 3 months plus.
