Members DaveGrima
I just can't make up my mind. Im curious to see what colors are popular around here tho. It will have a rosewood board and traditional 3 singlecoil start setup. Ive narrowed it down to these. . . .from reranch.

Members cpviolation
? Paint? Always leave it original unless you're Pete Townsend.:poke: Dings and pits are just birthmarks and drunken fool occasions. Don't know, I'd leave it as is if it's a stock Strat with a some model pedigree. Jeff
Members cratz2
My three favorite looking strats. Never done the vintage white/cream pearl/black covers with a rosewood fretboard, but I like it so much I've done two that way with maple fretboards. Thinking about refinishing one of those actually. Maybe shell pink on top of the vintage white and might try my hand at relicing it. Vintage white with aged/cream pearloid pickguard and black accessories: Surf green with cream pickguard and accessories: Red with mint green and cream accessories:
Members Boy
I painted mine metallic silver. I don't know how that compares to the Inca version, but my Strat looks awesome!
Members noisebloom
I put Sonic blue, because I think it works better with rosewood than Seafoam green. Maple is the best pairing for Seafoam green, IMO.
Members benricci
I love my Sonic Blue Strat, so that gets my vote. Be sure to add a mint green guard for class.

Members cpviolation
sonic blue for the win! I hate this color strat but I bought it from a crack-head for $75.00. It's '80's USA model to boot.. Cleared the serial number check. I was surprised it wasn't hot, hot, hot! Two Marshalls 100w for the Ric-o-sound (Stereo).. Love tube amps but at my age I really cant's tell the difference if the digital amps are set-up properly. Haters, leave me alone.. Jeff
Members ExiledCrow
I voted Inca Silver, but Seafoam almost got the nod. Is this the one with the fat 50's?

Members Mcfontio
I'd go for a transparent color. Let that wood shine! But then again, if you want to have the same finish as everyone else go for it, they are classics for a reason.
Members benricci
Natural Strats are the {censored}! I'd have a white pickguard, though. But that's me.

I got some money for Christmas so Im gonna use it to get this thing finished. I originally panted it sonic blue but i didn't fill the grain right so IM starting over. Members ExiledCrow
Sweet! Can't wait to see it when done. This weekend I'll probably make a start on a refinish for an SG ... But I'm going with more of a beater/ghetto look ... mostly because that's where my skill level is at ....

Members Angry Tele
black or inca silver. Any of those would work except the creams. Black strat with tort guard is the best.
