Members photon9
There's been a couple threads on this but what is your vote. I have major GAS for a guitar but so far no sales whatsoever at the online sites. Do you think there will be any decent sales this month, and therefore I should be patient? Or do you think it's not happening and therefore I should go ahead and pull the trigger now? The guitar in question is the '66 Epi Wilshire RI. Members Sharkfin
The white Wilshire RI's with humbuckers were going on sale a little while ago back when they released the natural and cherry finish Wilshires with mini-buckers. You might still find the white ones for sale somewhere or find one used. They usually go for pretty cheap because they're technically low-mid priced Epiphones. The new ones with mini-HBs will likely not go on sale for a while, at least not until another holiday-style sale, a new model is released to replace it, or the model just fails to sell and they need to clear stock. Members guitarman3001
no. I think we've seen the best sales before xmas. And they weren't that great to begin with. The sales this holiday season completely sucked.
Members jhorne
There is a 'used' one in 'like new' condition, which essentially is MF's new classification for returned items, for $333.52. Use code 'used' to get another 20% off and it will be about $266. http://guitars.musiciansfriend.com/product/Epiphone-Worn-66-Wilshire-Electric-Guitar?sku=581888#used
