Members jbear555
I've been off the scene for a few years, so I'm re-wetting my feet in guitar world. Anyone have any experience contacting dealers through Gbase? I made four or five inquiries about guitars for sale by dealers (three days ago)...not one answer. Am I just finding out what everyone else knows? I could get on the phone, but...this seemed easier.
Members BG76
If you're serious about buying just call them. Most dealers know their GBase prices are too high and expect some haggling. The emailer is seen as a time waster (even if they're not)
Members mrbrown49
I've contacted a few over the phone and have had good results getting the info I was after. Just make sure you really ask detailed questions about condition before pulling the trigger on a piece of gear you can't see in person first. Also, depending where and what it is, shipping can be a major cost. Nail that down too when you are talking price.
Members GCDEF
Each dealer is different, but I've gotten email replies. Calling works a whole lot better though.

Members peavey_impact
Yeah always call regarding used gear, man. I bought my Hamer Diablo through Gbase and the transaction was smooth as silk.
