Members Woody_in_MN
I stopped by my Mom & Pop Music Store to sell my Gibson MM (and could not stop laughing at their offer). But while I was there saw a vintage early 1980's Peavey T-15 for $150. It was the natural finish, and seemed to be in good condition. I did not plug it in, but I assume the electronics worked. No case though. Deal or no deal? Please vote. Thanks, - W
Members Dougie.Douglas
Just out of curiousity Woody - what did they offer you for your MM?
Members PunkKitty
I don't think it's a bad deal. But I voted "Why oh why do you need another guitar. Snap out of it!" Dude, you are as bad as me when it comes to gear. You have a great collection. What more do you need? I'm not saying don't go for it. It's your business whether you want to or not. But seriously. Stop torturing yourself.
Members hrcnsfan
I've wanted one of those old Peaveys for a while now. I'd grab it for $150 if I couldn't convince them to go lower.

The T-15 was not on my must have list - but it has intrigued me, and this is the first one I've played. It was a nice player. It is small - I'm thinking a 3/4 size guitar - but that did not bother me - despite my large hands. - w
Members Kap'n
That's about what they went for new. Short scale, but I remember them being pretty cool

Members webwarmiller
$150 seems to be about the going rate for T-15's in avg condition without a case. I would pass simply because it's not something you really want and you can always find one for the same price at a later date.

It's just a matter of the number of guitars I have getting out of control. I try to do "buy one - sell one". Which means the Gibson MM goes to eBay - which I was planning on anyway. Thanks for the replies guys. - W
Members Woody_in_MN
UPDATE: They sold the Peavey T-15 earlier today. So I don't have to stew about buying it. I did like it though, and will probably get one at some point. - w
Members Japetus
I'd buy one for $100 for sure.
Members Meowy
FYI, the SuperFerrite pickups are very cool, but you might be able to wrap your fingers around the tiny neck twice
