Pickguard is a reproduction (original self-destructed), control plate is stock, controls set up to resemble stock, pickups are GFS. Note battery cover on back for original equipment treble booster. Very rare though not particularly valuable. Lowbrow helped me find a photo, after several years of fruitless search. Anyone have a wiring diagram?
