Members 67mike
I see Guitarfetish has some cheap prewired pickguards...BUT they do NOT use the GFS pick-ups....so I am looking for feedback on these....Specifically I want to get a H/S/S or H/P90 config for temp use in my 1987 American Standard Strat. Any feedback, suggestions would be appreciated. BTW...my budget is "thin"
Members tkachuk07
Ebay.. reliablefender has wired pickguards for auction all the time. A 2009 Fender MIM Fat strat guards go for about $60-$70 I think. All the pots & everything are good quality on the new MIM pickguards. The pups are fine, but you may want to replace them at some point.

That said, my expectation was such since they are so inexpensive. The guard itself (and pots) are decent. I did replace the switch and the pups. Members Belva
I had a GFS HH and I concur. Sounded like 2 pigs {censored}ing in the mud.
