It is black with a antique white perloid pickguard. It plays great with the frets in very good shape. It has a Bill Lawrence noiseless neck pickup and a Dimarzio DP413 Virtual Hot T noiseless bridge pickup. All the great tele tone with out the buzz! The original fender pickups will be included in the pocket of the case. It comes in the original Fender Hardshell case. It lists new for $1800. Musicians Friend sells them for $1200.00. It cost me about $150.00 to have the pickups put in.My Buy it Now price is $700.00. Many thanks in advance for any comment on this guitar and its pickups. Funny enough : the seller meant to tell me he needed the money because he might get layed off (which is not funny) but forget the word "off". Members conway Posted January 18, 2010 Members Share Posted January 18, 2010 Seems fine to me. I would like it better with a maple neck.I have had 4 Teles over the past 3 years. I sold all of them..
