Members Ernest Buckley
Great photos as always Ken. I worked off the turkey by going to an Islander game on Friday with the family. We actually got free tickets and sat about 8 rows off the ice. Not exactly walking off the turkey but it was quite nice. Worked the rest of the weekend. Members UstadKhanAli
Cool. We watched the UCLA-USC game on TV, and I worked on my photography website, not something I'm very good at, but I got it done. The hike was about ten miles and was really great. Gorgeous area, fall colors in the sycamore trees, fantastic weather. Thanks!
Members dahkter
I threw the football around with the cousins in the street, played some two hand touch, good times...Problem was on the three days after thanksgiving I continued to gorge and did zero physical activity. Going to need to get moving again in the near future...
Members Kendrix
I took a long bike ride on the Erie canal path to work off the turkey. The canal is at the end of the cul de sac I live on.You can ride all the way from Albany to Buffalo unimpeded if you want to.The path was there for the horses to pull the barges in the old days. Its now a linear park. Between joggin, walking my dog and biking I must use it several hours a week.
