Members bengerm77
So I've decide that I may need to swap pickups in my Kramer Pacer. The ones in there currently are muddy. They put out too much bass for my liking. It's a poplar body with a floyd rose. I just need a bridge pickup (for now) Any particular recommendations? Members BG76
If it's an older one I would be interested in knowing what a lot of bass is since the music those guitars were built to play had very little low end in it.
Members bengerm77
Oh no, it's a reissue, maybe two or three years old now. The pickups in it are Gibson (90r and 91t), and while they seem ok in a maple bodied guitar they don't work in my poplar pacer. I need something with less low end. Members BG76
Why don't you try to get some old Kramer pickups?
