The pay cut suggestion was the straw that made Izzy leave.I have every single one of Izzy's albums. To me, Izzy is as important (if not more important) than Axl and Slash to Guns' sound. I didn't ever hear about that pay cut thing...how Axl of Axl to do so. As for the importance of Izzy to the band in general...no argument here. His departure probably had a lot to do with the disintegration of the band afterwards...like maybe Axl couldn't figure out why songs wouldn't come together 'like they used to' and that amped up his psychotic tendencies. Not great, not bad, nothing real memorable. Pretty much the same with anything else he has done since parting ways with GNR. Yeah I'm kind of with you on that. My friend bought it and was into it, but shuffle it all never did enough for me to want to buy the album.
