Frets99
Well, I guess I shouldn't wait until the change to start a new sticky jam. If we change during this one, I'll just repost it in the new world! I was fooling with riffworks and I liked this riff so I'm throwing it out there! http://hcbts.arkay.de/hcbts/riff001BT.mp3 An oldie but a goodie: http://hcbts.arkay.de/hcbts/marcjefferies+laiddownbluesbackingtrack.mp3 Okay, I'm having a little fun with the free riffworks software I got. It sure makes looping easy. A little bit country. A little bit rock. http://hcbts.arkay.de/hcbts/riff02bt.mp3 Feel free to continue posting in prior threads, or even posting from prior threads here as the prior threads rise and get buried. We don't all always see a prior one. If anyone would like to take a shot at hosting the sticky jam for a week (or even more), give me a shout! Listing of all previous HCEG Sticky Jams Big thanks to Arkay for providing us the space to keep BT's and the terrific programming job that let's us see previous jams without cluttering this post! Have Fun!

Members slvrsrpnt
wow, I have nothing for this one....so I just layered a bunch of noise for the hell of it http://soundclick.com/share?songid=8693328and it would be 5 layers of noise......and it's admittedly very bad, so I will take no offense on ribbings on this one

Members MichaelSaulnier
I recently was lucky enough to find a used Line6 Vetta for a "steal"... I quickly upgraded it to version 2.5 (for free... cool!), and I already had one of the full sized foot controlers.I hadn't tried to record anything with it... so here's a first go.It's another blast on the blues track... this time with my Fender American Deluxe QMT and the Vetta using the Plexi model. All the effects including the wah are from the Vetta.I got a little carried away in parts... oh well. Why not stretch a bit?http://www.groupwhere.net/guitars/milosch126bluesj.mp3 great tone - sounds like a first take in spots, but I like the way you flow around the standard boxy feel of the blues - some liquid passages in this that I really enjoyed

Members jjpistols
I recorded my first take playing lead on an acoustic - starts out a bit cold but gets better as I warm up throughout - no great shakes, but just in case someone is not tired of hearing this track yet http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=615074&songID=8702167

Members MichaelSaulnier
Thanks for the comments JJ... That makes me bold enough to throw this out there. Besides guitar, I am also a bit of a keys player. I haven't had a keyboard for a while, but recently got another Korg Karma. Here's yet one more blues take... this time with a bit o' keys thrown in!ZenScreamingBlues.mp3 I know three takes is a bit much... but each one has its own "charm". Thanks for anyone who listens / comments! M
