Members tekbow
DR's, discovered them when i was 19, havent looked back. everything else just felt so stiff. DR's always felt a guage lighter than they were. and zinged for much longer they have round cores as opposed to hex cores right?
Members Eugayle
On the Ibanez Rules website, the guy says DRs are less prone to buzz.I have a Prestige 1527 strung 9-52 in standard tuning and I get buzz on my low b.I am going to try DRs. Members monto
not used DR, but love d'addario, always fresh out the pack, very strong (if i stretch strings i always seem to break 'em, but never d'addario, even the 9's) .. and they stay 'silver' for a long time i've always found
Members Vintage55
Curt Mangan's.... I used to be a big DR fan...all I would use, until I found the Mangans. They sound like DR's but feel better than anything I've ever used.

Members m90guy
DR user for 12 years now. Never had any problems with em. Never had any problems with d'addario either. Just like the way the DR's sound and feel better. I also like how long they last.

Members mrbrown49
I've used D'Addario's for a long time. I've tried other brands but always go back. Me too. They aren't my favorite, but they good enough and I can usually get them a couple bucks cheaper per set than DRs.

Members Belva
I've used D'Addario's for a long time. I've tried other brands but always go back. My sentiments exactly. It don't matter what you like as long as you try what's out there and use what's best for you. Some guitars can be fickle. My acoustic hates Dean Markley strings. Why? Members bsman
I don't think you'll go far wrong with either. Tend to prefer DR acoustic and D'Addario electric strings...

Members Vintage55
I buy the Mangan's locally at Blues Angel Music in Pensacola, FL www.bluesangelmusic.com They sell them for less than Curt does direct, so you can save money getting them from Blues Angel. They sell a ton to non-local customers.
