Members jn062181 Posted February 20, 2010 Members Share Posted February 20, 2010 I'm not a fan of active pickups so I elected to take the pots/EMGs out of my Eclipse and swap them in favor of some passives. I plan on using the Eclipse for downtuned rhythm playing so I need a crunchy, chunky, thick sound that'll cut through as low as C# standard/drop B. I'm thinking about a SD '59 in the neck but I'm lost as to what to get in the bridge. Hoping to spend no more than $100 for the bridge pup.
