Members fretmonster
Not really an Epi expert, but I believe the Sheraton is considered the better model.

Members sxyryan
Since it's a modern day Epi, and even the limited models aren't that collectible, I would say look more a value to you. They are pretty different guitars. If your attached to the sound of the Kat, or something like that, don't trade it because they are harder to come by (but still, being an Epi, don't fetch crazy dollar amounts). But if you think you might get more use out of the Sheraton, get that. I would rather have the Sherry, personally, because they are less prone to feedback under heavier distortion. I don't play metal or anything, but do play higher volume rock type distortions so the Kat would be harder to use in a live setting, for me anyways. Members cratz2
Yeah, neither of them are going to skyrocket in financial value... I'd tend to think it would be easier to sell a Wildcat than a Sheraton if both were listed at the same price. I'd lean towards wanting a Sheraton over the Wildkat, mostly because I'm not that crazy about the Bigsby and would prefer the thinner body, but I'd rather have an Alley Kat over either of them, but that's another story.
