I am torn between the three:

Here are the NEW prices with my 20% discount:

Fender Custom Shop Custom Classic Strat - $1559

PRS Dave Navarro - $1899

PRS Mira - $1248

I already have a Custom Classic Strat, but this one has a Rosewood board and 69 Custom pick-ups.

I don't currently have a PRS, see my sig.

The Dave Navarro (I HATE SIGNATURE MODELS and I don't even like Dave Navarro) is beautiful, basically a White with Gold Hardware PRS Custom 24.

If I want a Regular Custom 24, which I don't like as much it will cost me $2444

Last up is the Mira for $1248 in Vintage Mahogany.

The most unlike any of my other guitars is the PRS Dave Navarro, it has coil taps, a real Trem, and 24 frets.

The Mira has 24 frets, but a regular bridge.

The Strat is just plain cool, but I have 2 Strats already.

What do you all thnk?

I currently have:

3 Les Pauls

2 Strats

1 SG

1 Tele

I might return my Am Std Strat is it doesn't brighten up after a String change.

I think the strings are making it sound dull. It was only $825 New, but if it doen't sound great, it ain't worth it.

I currently have $1600 in my paypal account from the sale of my SG Custom and a few other things.

I'm with you there. I couldn't care less about Navarro but that guitar is hot.

I love white guitars and PRS guitars and PRS makes very few white ones.

You have Strats, the Miras are nice, but the Navarro is nicer.

I would just play that LP on the right and not worry to much about it. Wait for something you really want to pop up.

The VOS is a really nice guitar, but I want something different.

You have some serious GAS. This seems like the 3rd guitar in about 4 weeks!

Just a suggestion, try looking at a PRS DGT. The DGT, the SC245, and the CU24 are my favorite PRS guitars.

The DGT only has 22 frets, if I go PRS I want 24.

I just got a Mira and love it. The one you are looking at for $1248 is a Mira X (or at least that what I would assume at that price) and they really aren't that great. The coil tap adds so much depth to the guitar and the locking tuners are amazing, which is why I opted to go with the step up, but that is $1776. If you could swing the extra money, I would go for the upgraded Mira!

I'd probably go with the DN out of those three. It's a sweet guitar.

However, even though you didn't ask... If I were to buy a PRS for under 2K right now, it'd be the 25th anniv. Mira with P-90's (though, I'm only assuming it's under 2K, might not be).

This! :thu:

I have played the Navarro model a few times and it really is nice and that's a very decent price for it. Consider it almost a no brainer at that price.

Wait for it.

I'd feel better if they would lock the price in now, but I have a feeling they will raise it.

If not, then it is either the Mira or the Custom Shop Strat.

I think I would go for the Strat.

i would wait for the PRS- gives you more variety and would round out a very nice collection. Either that or if you're dying to spend your money right away, I'd get a nice acoustic (you can get a really high end larrivee or something with that kind of $$).
