Missed one last week on evilbay, but have a line on another one. Problem is, it's still $600 with no case. I'm really happy with my Dot Deluxe, so my question is this... Is the Supernova any better than what I've got? Of course I love the blue paint (don't want the union jack model), nicer fretboard inlays, and the switch being up top. But...looks like it has the same pups that mine has, and is virtually the same shaped guitar. So...for those of you that own/have owned/played one, is it worth the money? Which is funny, cuz just a few days ago I was set to buy one on ebay... And yes, it's the Manchester City Blue...which I absolutely LOVE... But someone knocked it over at the store and the headstock snapped off... They told me they would sell it to me as-is for $450...RIIIIIIIGHT... Oh well, back to the amp discussion... Members Phillbis Posted March 11, 2010 Members Share Posted March 11, 2010 I played a Union Jack model last summer. GC wanted $799 for it. Iplayed a Sheraton for comparison and felt the same. I do like Oasis but couldn't get past the price. This one also did not have a case! I almost bought it to flip it since these were selling for $1200 on ebay but didn't want to chance it.
