Members sf16
I would like to fix up a Junior much like #5 on this thread....http://www.tdpri.com/forum/bad-dog-cafe/201007-medic-lp-junior-special-gas-over-here.html But I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions would be appreciated. sf16
Members diagrammatiks
The guy says right in his post. Locking tuners, gfs adjustable bridge and a gfs bigsby. Then you take a powerdrill and drill some holes in your guitar and then take that same drill and drill some screws into the bigsby and into the holes. Seems easy enough. I'd say however that that guitar doesn't sound close to how good it may or may not look depending on what you feel is a good looking guitar. Members Elias Graves
The new Epi Jrs are plywood. Be careful. If you can find a used Indonesian made model, do it. They were made of mahogany. However...I recently did a similar project with an Epi SG Special. At the end of the day it's still a pretty cheap guitar. Members sxyryan
If you can get a super good deal on everything... it could be a fun project. If it was me, I'd scour Ebay and Craigslist till the right deal came up. The Juniors with P90s seem to be quite a bit rarer than the humbucker version, so good luck.
