Members scolfax
Anyone know where to buy a new, preloaded Fender pickguard online (aside from eBay)? There are lots of places that will assemble them for you, but I haven't seen a place that will install the S1 switching too.

Members scolfax
Have you looked at Picker's Parts? Never heard of them before, but looks decent: http://pickersparts.auctivacommerce.com/Fender-Build-Your-Own-Custom-Prewired-Loaded-Pickguard-P72319.aspx After looking around a bit, these guys look a little cheaper: http://www.siglermusiconline.com/store/pc/showsearchresults.asp?pageStyle=L&resultCnt=10&keyword=C73tresE&submit=Go+%3E%3E

Members Artslinger
I thought until recently you couldn't buy the fender S-1 switching. I could be wrong though.

Members mdintx
This guy sells the wiring harnesses: http://home.earthlink.net/~tfntech/index.html He does it so that it can be a solderless install. I have two of these. One for my LP and one for the Agile strat. Totally effortless.
Members HanSolo
My $.02 ... Try a guitar with the S1. I haven't played a US Dlx with S1 but on my MIM Dlx Player's, if I hadn't pushed the button for it, I might have missed it. The difference in tone is very slight or would you say subtle?
