Members BigGreen Posted April 2, 2010 Members Share Posted April 2, 2010 I recently ordered a Boss GT -6 used from Amazon. When it came it is the GT-5! I know Zero about these things. The GT6 is very different indeed - I had one and it was great if time-consuming to program...some amazing effects...I shouldn't have sold it but I went back to analog separates. The time-consuming bit was getting all the individual effect volumes correct within a patch and then balancing patch volumes, and you really have to do that at proper gig volume level or you're in for a nasty surprise. Im using a ME-30 right now thats pretty cheesy. I wanted a multi and I know the GTs are good so for that money I went for it. When I ordered this one there were a couple more for double the money.
