Bareknuckle MS Queens vs SD Phat Cats

Im going to put some humbucker sized P90s in my les paul and i want to know what you guys think about these. I've played the phat cats but i havent played the bareknuckles. what i really want to know is if the difference in quality is a bout the same as the difference in price.

 

im ok with spending money but i really dont want to if the sound quality isnt not very different.

I've had a number of different Bareknuckle pickups (though admittedly not the Missisippi Queens), and they have all been absolutely phenomenal. Far better than anything else I've tried.

 

The prices are actually better than you think, too - the last few times I placed orders with them, the price in the checkout bin was lower than what was listed on the website.

 

I really like good quality stuff, and lemme tell you - they are the best I've heard yet. I'd go for it

I've only played the Phatcats and it's the only SD pickup I really like to be perfectly honest.

 

But if it was me I'd get one from BG. I know that he's a great guy and people like him, but there aren't that many people on this planet that would kiss up to him this much if the product didn't deliver. I know of a few hard asses that love to rip on stuff and they love his pickups. And according to legend his specialty is just what you are looking for.

It's a no brainer! I have ordered three times from Bryan and all of my BG pickups were exactly what I was looking for.
