I like the guitar, but am looking for a mellower tone, something like this: or this: I love the tone Mike Timmins of Cowboy junkies gets out of his archtop. Any GFS pups fit the bill? Next I'd try pure nickle strings - GHS Santana Signature Big Core or Gibson Vintage Reissue. These simple steps could save you some time and money.
