Replacing a EMG pickup with a Passive SD pickup, Do i need to change anything else?

I have a ESP NTB ( single pickup, single volume knob, no tone control ) style guitar.

 

It currently has 1 single EMG 81 and i want to replace the EMG with a SD SH-6 ( passive )

 

Before i order the pickup, Do i need to order a pot, input jack, etc? or will i be able to use the ones that came stock and used for the EMG? ( not sure but i thought someone told me if i was removing the stock EMG and going passive i would need to use a different pot and jack? ) once again not sure.

 

If i DO, could someone direct me to which Pot/Jack and whatever else i would need?

Pot and jack will need to be changed. I guess the jack would work, but the stereo portion is unecessary. I would replace everything using a 500k pot. It will only cost about $10 -$15.
