I said no...I'm not even looking really

Tsk, tsk, missed a sweet opening, pal.

That is, unless you're still paying off credit cards & mortgage. Some pretty scary stories flying around about baby boomers hitting retirement age without a pot to piss in.

Id've punched that bitch in her toofers.

Those pesky women! ;)
I dont know if its the same in your neck of the woods, but where i come from, that simply means she has either already went and bought something to the same or slightly less value than your latest guitar purchase or she is planning on it!

I say to the same or less value as, in my experience, it may well go like this;

'So.... you found a new guitar to buy yet?'

'Um........... No...... why?' or 'Um............Yeah...........Why?'

'Oh, nothing, just asking' (followed by uncomfortable whistling of random melody)

Long pause.

'So......... i was in town yesterday and.... blah blah blah blah.....so i was just wondering since youre not buying a new guitar, and the house is full of them and your last one cost

You're a dumbass. There was an opening. You missed it.

nah I've got 12 that are getting ignored as it is right now.
Haven't felt any GAS symptoms in a while.
I'm pretty much free to buy what I want anytime,I'm lucky like that.:thu:

Buy first, ask questions later! Or unload stuff later. C'mon. I shouldn't have to tell you this.:D

Fathers Day coming up. I think you just missed getting a new guitar.

Surfy

welp...I'm not a father, and both mine and hers have moved on,so the Fathers day thing is a non issue.

She actually bought me my last new guitar so it's not really a shocker that way.

I just figured it would be a good thread starter.
