Those Engls look nice though. :) They should have built those into cabinets that could actually store their stuff while one the road. Now I know what to do with my Crate Flexwave 4 x 12 cab.

Ugh, I definitely think that having nothing would look better.

I'd rather feel up a modest/honest a cup than a big, rigid, scarred up, hemispheric DD. Those things look like anna nicole smith to me, funny cause I though that trend had died as well.

Also, engls are nothing to be ashamed of.

I find it odd this is getting posted in every single guitar forum, especially given I thought it was pretty well known that most bands did not actually play full walls of amplifiers.

Now I know what to cover my walls with.

That would be a cool practice room.

Those are awesome! That must be some kind of new cabinet that is made with a completely different kind of speaker. Its flat and has no driver, cone, etc. How revolutionary! I must get myself some as soon as they hit the market to us non-face painted, soul eating, death medal players. I'm surprised that this is the first time they have been posted on this forum. Well I'm sure we will be seeing many more of them in the years to come.

Shame it's not a Fender Champ behind it all
;)

Nah, a Roland Microcube would be even funnier.

Fake cabs have been around since the mid-70's. KISS was doing that at early shows to make themselves look more successful than they actually were.

I thought that out of all the "show" heads and cabs there was one that was actually working and making the sound and the others were just backups.

That was the case with some.

Jimi used to use 2 full stacks so he could switch over straight away if he blew the first one.
