when i was 16....i got a 1968 Les Paul Custom.....and if i added up what all the Les Pauls i've owned are worth today.....well....i would have been LONG retired:cry:

I recall Sam Ash having a late 60's LP Custom.

It was $319.00.

Too expensive.

My 335 cost $250.00.:)

Never in my life did I think I'd own only one guitar...

maybe that makes me a whore.

:thu:

I think i could say the same. As soon as I buy a guitar I'm looking for the next guitar related purchase.

Think my wife might kill me if I buy another guitar so Im now looking at amps again.. oops!!

Lou, do you know how many you have actually owned since the first one.??

Gotta be a lot more I guess

It must be over 200 guitars that I've owned since 1967.

I remember buying a used Ampeg Dan Armstrong guitar for $200.00 around 1970 and having a hard time selling it. I ended up trading it for a Guild solid body. One of those weird ones with a built in stand.

And why does every single thread you start pretty much only have a picture of one of your guitars, and likely minimal text?

It's called style, bro. :idk: Some will like it, others won't. Apparently he likes it. Maybe you don't? Whatever. Live and let live. :thu:
