Members xStonr
With all the Wilshire threads going on I thought I'd post mine with the pickups I recently installed. These zebra pickups are from Sounds of Sin. Like Ken from Rose and Bryan from BGpups, Chris winds his own and is passionate about his product too. These SIN pickups are on the hot side at 10k Neck/14k Bridge. This Wilshire now screams! He can be contacted here: soundsofsin@hotmail.com

Members kulardenu
WoW! Nice! If you plug something that hot into the grid will it cause a brown out?
Members stormin1155
Love the bright white/black zebras! I have a Wilshire and like it all except the placement of the vol/tone pots... particularly the bridge controls are awkward to reach.
Members GAS Man
Agree, the B&W pickups were a great idea. Looks great. My '66 should finally blow in here around Tuesday or Wednesday. I had to shop around for a deal, and finally went with AMS and the '66 in Aged Cherry. But they were back ordered. So it finally shipped on Wednesday, but from the opposite side of the world from me, i.e New Jersey. I'm wondering what I'll think of the guitar and whether I'll like Epi's mini-hums. Other than YT vids, I'm shooting blind on this one. None locally for me to try out.

Members OldMattB
My life was changed when, in 1975 in Atlanta, a guy in a music shop plugged a Wilshire directly into an Ampeg amp, and I heard, not a simile or reproduction, but the actual voice of God. oldMattB
