I have some...got some just for fun to change the looks of my guitar. I've had them for about a month, still stays on fine. Had to take one off to reposition it at the beginning and didn't see any residue on the fretboard. You apply it by rubbing it onto the transfer sticker, then rubbing it onto your guitar, but its basically just a sticker really. When I play I never really touch my fretboard much, but I haven't felt the stickers so it is as if they're not there.

Will add pics tonight cuz I know those are expected :p

Looks pretty good. How do you stick em on?

It comes as a paper backed sheet. You just peel the paper off the sticky side and put them on. I went down to the local sign shop to see if I could buy some vinyl and the the guy (a fellow geezer musician) cut me off a lifetime supply.

I also found some 3 mil at the Ben Franklin store. They had a machine that you hooked up with your PC and it cut out whatever design you put in. Guys that like personalise their guitars could have fun with that.

I bought a few sheets of inlay stickers off ebay (shipped from Japan). I got birds, fancy acoustic, blocks, and some other designs. The blocks were tough to get aligned perfectly. I put them on a strat, and it looked kinda funny. I put a set of birds on a bass, and they looked decent - but just WEIRD to see PRS style birds on a Fender bass! hahaha - I eventually took them off.

The ones I had never came off while playing, but were easy to remove when I wanted. It didn't leave residue, but the fretboard was lighter under the sticker than the exposed fretboard - kinda like how the color under the pickguard is brighter than the body color after a couple years exposed to sunlight, etc.

The stickers look fine from a distance, but do have a cheap look to them up close. I am saving my set of birds in case I ever buy a PRS SE series with dots. :D

I've been curious about those too. I have a Les Paul goldtop copy that I was thinking of putting the block inlays on the neck. I've read some people saying that they stay on ok but that's hard to imagine. I'd also love to hear from anyone else who has used them. I was hoping the company was in the US, but after checking, it looks like they are in Japan. Anyone done business with this company?

I do something like that on one of my guitars with liquid paper.

Reminds me, I did that to a classical guitar and then the teacher was all like "What's this?"

F'n purists!

Those classical guitar types sure feel there's got to be pain with the gain. ;)

He was trying to force me to sight read too!

Always wondered how the held up with bends and through playing. Tired of the same old dot inlays on my guitars.

No problem with bends. I have had some on two of my guitars for over a year with no problems. Great, cheap way to change the look of your guitar.

There so thin you can't even feel them when playing or bending.:thu:

I just put these on one of my guitars. Not super easy to install but not impossible. you just have to take your time, don't rush it. I can't feel them when i'm playing at all. can't speak to the longevity but others say that that hold up well. heres a slide show i made of before and after pic.
