Members megaboogie
It's actually a nice looking guitar without the graphics and signatures.
Members StevenJM
i agree... i love the p-90s, and the full sized headstock. but for that price i'd rather just get a les paul junior and then not have to worry about a refinish. Members PunkKitty
I love the specs of the guitar. And the price isn't bad. The pickguard is what I really don't like. Outside of that, a Jeff Beck signature for $699 is a good deal.
Members GAS Man
It is tempting to get it, but I'd be thinking about refinishing it to a light TV Yellow - something you shouldn't have to contemplate on a $700 guitar. I got my JJ Melody Maker for $620 but that did come with a nice hardshell case and no embarrassment. God, I almost wonder if I could bless it and forgive it for those features. But don't know if I could get past the yuk factor. The actual signatures and emblem don't look that bad, it's just the knowing what they represent that is particularly ralphie. Members Critical Ninja
I wouldn't buy it at any price, or any new Gibson for that matter...I'm not giving Gibson $1 of my money until Henry J. is gone.

Tough part for me is I know I would love the tone of that configuration. The vibe would be rippin.
Members Fission Hole
Refin to a Pelham Blue, a fave color for the hardcore Gibson nut. http://reranchstore.stores.yahoo.net/pelhamblue.htmlFor a solid finish, the underlying wood appearance wouldn't matter, either. Members Deadbeat Son
Wow, I guessed good. From another of the hundreds of JB Sig MM threads: MSRP of $1165...That should put this right around $700ish.
