Frets99
I was starting to get mad at my Alesis Videotrack because I was hearing some artifacts when I was talking and playing single note runs. I went back to the original video and the artifacts aren't there. What say you? What causes that at Youtube and how can I avoid it? Members Jkater
Yes, I hear what you're describing. Sounds like when one rubs the grill of a microphone, right? If your original vid doesn't have that, youtube screwed it up when transfering it to their site, a clipping of sorts since it seems more noticable when you play louder. I don't recall it ever happening in your other vids. I am clueless about such things so I can't help... Good clip btw.
Members GilmourD
I don't hear it right now, but YouTube is taking FOREVER and a day to actually load the video for me. I know I've read that sometimes when a video is first uploaded, it's not completely processed and thus might not sync up properly and the audio might be wonky. Maybe it's more processed since you posted it?
Members DaleH
does sound like some type of clipping. Odd how it effects your voice though. Your not talking that loud.
Members benzem
Hmm. I didn't hear it on your voice. Only thing I got is my Zoom H4n is extremely sensitive to vibration. If anything near it moves, even as a result of bass freq., it's noticable. U2b does seem to bring out or create problems, such as latency imexperience. It appears to be as a result of whatever happens between me and youtube. I don't hear anything at home. Here's an MP3 I ripped out of it and uploaded to Box.net. I don't hear it there either. Members *BLEEP*
It appears to be as a result of whatever happens between me and youtube. Probably caused by network congestion -- likely due to millions of people simultaneously uploading their 20-minute-long cat videos.
