Members Bbreaker
Nice man, Warren is my favorite player by far. Very underrated song writer too. Saw Gov Mule at The Hose Of Blues in AC, NJ last year.Warren is a hell of a player.Spoke to a big Mule follower, told me he saw them do Zep's "Houses of The Holy" entire album....half way through, Warren sez, "oh by the way, we're not Led Zeppelin".Cool. I have the HOH concert on CD. I've seen them 5 or 6 times. Def one of the best live shows around.

Members 9-Pin-Phoenix
Mule is my favourite covers band - by a very long shot. I really dig most of Gov't Mule's originals, but I have longed for them to release an album (or double album) of their favorite covers.

Members Yer Blues
If you go to Mule.net (I think) you can download any one of their shows and the recodings are very high quality. During the Halloween show were they played Houses of the Holy in its entirety they had Audley Freed come out to play guitar so they could cover the two guitar parts. It's a pretty cool recording. Members Alecto
That's a great post. The tech clearly knows his stuff and seems like a really nice guy to boot. I'm a huge fan of Warren's playing, tone and songwriting as well so it was nice to see how he gets those sounds. [video=youtube;4hgaBKNGVDs] It's a shame those Gordie Johnson SG's never really went anywhere. I only saw one in stores after they were discontinued.
