Members 98 les paul
I need some help! Does anyone haz the skillz to figure out this solo and make a slowed-down instructional vid on it? http://listen.grooveshark.com/#/search?q=let%20the%20river%20flow%20brownsville The solo starts at 4:29. I guess this was played by a guy named Glenn Pearce. Disclaimer (dons flamesuit): This is a song that is played in church worship. If you don't like it, fine. If you don't like Christianity, fine. I'm not forcing it down your throat. I just merely want to learn to play this solo that I really dig.

Members sl2gx
I gave it a quick listen and Ill get you started ,not sayin its 100 % spot on but its close. Best thing is to listen to it a million times and your ears will tell you where your fingers to go. heres a little bit of it to get you going to figure out the rest . Its not hard bro just listen over and over. Also as I said I'm not sure if its 100% accurate ,I only put a few minutes into it but its close enough to get the idea. OK here goes ( Im tuned to E standard ,not sure what the song is tuned to). Ill give you fret number then string example : (12 E is 12th fret E string. ) 9 E 6 7 A 6 D 6 8 9 G slide to 13 on G 14 B 16 B 17 B then slide to 16 and bend to e note which is 17th fret . Ok as I said its close and it will get you goin. Peace brother.
