That one's pretty dang close except the trem says fender on it, and mine says schaller. Wish there were some pics of the back of the neck, neckplate, and close up of the serial. And I wish it was in english lol. Thanx for the link!

heres what the seller says...

Fender Japan/Pro Feel series - You to view it is grateful. Whether the guitar of the Pro Feel series of Fender Japan make it is the [sutorato] caster which is supposed. Loading the 5way selector onto P.U of SSH which has popularity in ?80 age! Recently, as for this specification it is seen mainly even in the guitar of the high end brand. Equipping

Glad to hear it. And yeah, it's definitely common to be able to see the entire decal perimeter on Japanese Fenders and Squiers. Some of the Contemporary Strats and others with painted headstocks, it can be REALLY shocking how DIY the label can look.

Thanx man, that's exactly what I wanna hear lol. I was freakin out there for a day or two thinkin I got ripped.

which can be used with active service it is the used guitar. - There is no hallmark of serial number and accurate year system & because you cannot verify type turn, it limits to the bid of the customer who can receive understanding. - In regard to the used item, furthermore nervousness in order as for the customer to prevent the trouble after the purchasing, when among other things becoming matter of concern it is, question with ease.

Thanks for the translation!

an expert on Fender Japan? never met one...they made so many models over the years that so far I have not come across anybody who has all the info on every model they made. An expert on Fender Japan would have to be someone who worked for the company since the `80s, they`d have to be Japanese and willing to reveal all the "secrets" from the company, especially to a non Japanese. You could come to Japan and try to find someone like that but you may be disappointed. I been here years and still can`t get shop staff to tell me things I want to know about FJs I own. Still, they are just guitars, I don`t lose sleep over any of this stuff...do lose sleep over the reactor situation in Fukushima though.

Ditto! My first new guitar was a MIJ Fender in 1983, I've had maybe 6 MIJ Fenders, 5 or 6 MIJ Squiers and have read an awful lot about them and I still can't keep more than about 10 to 15 models straight and I'm guessing that some years, they had more than that out at a single time.

Then multiply that by about 25 years...

I'd say that qualifies you as an expert on the subject then. I don't think you have to know every detail about every model to be considered an expert. If you did, then you'd be like a Fender Japan Grandmaster, or Fender Japan Ninja. Heck, compared to the average Joe or even the average guitar player, I'm a Fender Japan expert lol.
