Members Beck
I have a very simple but effective way to deal with webcams. I don't use them. On laptops I cover them with electrical tape or open the thing and physically disconnect the wires. I don't trust any software settings that report the status of a camera or mic as disabled. By they way, I'm sure there are more people that don't know about these flash player settings than do.
