Guitar Customizations in Austin, Texas?

So I need to get my Stratocaster set up professionally again, and I've decided to get some custom work done (a switch to have the Neck+Bridge pickups run together, bypass the tone on the middle pickup, maybe even add a momentary kill switch 'cause who cares, I dig it) and I was wondering who the go-to guy is on customizations who is open to ideas and is relatively inexpensive.
