Members mylilss
thats a very subjective question, but in my opinion yes he is, mainly from an infuential and revolutionary standpoint. he is my all time favorite guitarist, but at the same time i dont think anyone has had more of an affect on rock than he has. Members DaveAronow
You are welcome to state your opinions but the poll results will be conclusive and the official word. I can't wait to see the results! I think it is going to be close, but I have a gut feeling he will win!

Members guitarman3001
Nah, that's Van Helsing. Van halen is the guitarist with chickenfoot Chicken foot? Is that kind of like a club foot? Not sure how a chicken foot or club foot would affect anyone's guitar playing....
Members Elias Graves
Chicken foot? Is that kind of like a club foot? Not sure how a chicken foot or club foot would affect anyone's guitar playing.... See, it causes you to bang your foot in odd rhythms. Makes for some killer syncopated riffs. Members Musicscotty
He's good - but not that good. Top 20 list.
Members billybilly
As many here know, I have never cared for him albeit subjective. He did nothing to inspire or influence me and I found he had a negative effect on guitar playing. Example, he had a profound influence on people playing for speed with machine gun shredding without feel. Not that he didn't have feel but his playing influenced that genre.
