Members onelife
Here's Ritchie and crew doing it with acoustic instruments. Dio sounds quite different without all that stuff on his vocals. [video=youtube;mZ0qUCHknyo]

Members Bbreaker
Dee, your best days were in the late 70's when TS played in Island Park. Then again, I probably drank too much then and you sucked anyway.
Members my.02
Onelife surely can't be serious about that being Dio, can he? Nah, that must be an attempt at humor. A failed attempt??
Members onelife
I knew it was a lame attempt at humor when I posted but I though it had at least a slim chance of success. The whole thing had kind of a Rainbow feel to me - even the vocal melody - which led to the Dio comment. Apologies to all and especially to Ronnie. Members Angry Tele
I laughed when the vocals started....some great guitar going on but overall I wouldnt listen to that again. is that the chick who was at Joe Meeks house right after he killed his landlord? Members onelife
Blackmore's Night is not for everyone but I'm such a fan of Ritchie's guitar playing that I enjoy listening to just about everything that he has done. I recently read somewhere that, on average, he has put out an album every 18 months for that last 40 years. He is still going and does not have to play "Smoke.." unless he wants to but the two Ians and Steve Morse still play it every show.

Members Bubbluz
Big Ritchie fan here as well I enjoy the stuff Blackmore is doing now,he always was a little on the "errr" side . Loads of good guitar playing(and still some great Strat wankage) on the BN stuff . Nice melodies in the celtic/renaissance styles .
Members onelife
I've heard Ritchies guitar playing described as "soulful" and I think that sums it up nicely in spite of all the mad riffing and the onstage antics.
