Members DunedinDoug
I like that Xavierre, too, but I prefer the look of the Bigsby--and a non-floating bridge.
Members xrleroyx
I've never had a good experience with Rondo guitars or GFS guitars. For ~1k you can find used vintage Gibson hollowbodies on CL all day. I'd also rather get an Ibanez or a used Epi for that price point. Pretty cool looking guitar though, and I'm sure that some of you modders can make them sound and play great, just not my thing.

I'd also look for an Ibanez or Epiphone, but vintage Gibsons for $1000? I don't see those in my area.

The intro level ES guitars show up in Detroit all the time. They're fantastic players, but lack features and popularity.
