Crap just noticed that on mine, I haven't taken the cover off but it looks rough around the edges. Oh well, its not a huge deal for me.
Members Mr. Friendly
Some guy just listed one of these on my local Craigslist for $1200. Said he just got it, never been played. Guess he's trying for a quick flip for a few bucks. I'm guessing CL will be seeing a lot of sale Gibsons in the next year.

Members Hand Amputation
Man, that is super tempting. I have never been a big fan of "wine red" but for some reason it just works on that guitar.

Yeah I agree, didn't think I would get it in wine red but it looks so rich in person.

Members HanSolo
Hey! Mine was born the same day, twelve guitars down That's the winner right there. You couldn't pick a nicer color for a p90 guitar!
Members megaboogie
Today is the last day for samash sales folks!Looks like MF/M123 are sold out of these, so no more pricematching+gift certificates, otherwise I'd have been really tempted. Members Bbreaker
I was tempted with the P90 midtown in pelham blue. My wife told me, "you won't be happy with it". She knows me too well.
Members chrisjnyc
Anyone seen the Midtown Custom for $999? The P90's on the standard are nice, but those burstbuckers are a better match
Members PunkKitty
Here's mine: I'm considering picking up a second one while I can. They are really, really nice.
Members Honkers
Does anyone have any thoughts on how this handles higher gain settings (punk, classic metal, etc)? I know it's not its m.o., but I'm just curious about those p-90s.
Members PunkKitty
I could see one of these working very well for punk and classic metal. The P90's have great tone. And it's chambered, so it's not prone to feedback.
Members Honkers
That helps me out a lot. I didn't know about it being chambered and I was worried a little about feedback. Thanks PK!
Members Marc G
Anyone seen the Midtown Custom for $999? The P90's on the standard are nice, but those burstbuckers are a better match say what???? Damn... I would have jumped all over that if I didn't get the P90 model and not so much for the humbuckers but for the control layout, I like the 2 Vol and 2 Tone Vs the 1 Vol and Tone set up... though... the Custom has a richlite fretboard and I'm not entirely sold on that....
