What should I use to polish cymbals?

I have some Vintage Zildjian cymbals from the early 70's and I need some advice on polishing them to look like new. I used some Brasso that I had around the house and it helped a little. One looks new but it didn't do much for the others. Is there anything out there that can be used to polish them to look almost new?

Use groove juice first. Just spray a bunch on the cymbal, let it sit for a couple minutes, then scrub with the backside of a scrubber sponge. Do that maybe three times. It removes alot of oxidation and dirt. If that doesn't do the trick, then move to abbrasives like brasso or zildjian cymbal cleaner.

if i were you, i would use this stuff called barkeepers friend. you can buy it at anywhere and it comes in a gold color can and you just wet your cymbals a little and then sprinkle this stuff on there and scrub it in and let it sit for a few minutes then just scrub it again and then rince and dry. this has worked great on my zildjians for years.

yeah buckaroo is always what i used for my acoustic cymbals, and you can also use a product called never-dull it's a wadding type material like buckaroo, and you can get it at most local hardware stores for about $4.00 a can, and it last forever....
