need help building up arms

1) Go to the weight room and lift weights.

2) Keep drumming.

3) Do a really balanced exercise, it'll help your arms so that it won't look like you're single, even if you are. :)

4) Eat a balanced diet, drink plenty of water, and include a good amount of protein in your diet, so as to promote muscle growth.

 

After you exercise, wait a day or two to exercise again, to give your arms time to recover. Otherwise your arms will be constantly sore, and you won't gain any muscle tissue at all.
