THANKS Personally, I play with Paiste Signature series cmybals, those can be a bit pricy. Sabians are top notch and fairly inexpensive. Just go to the store and try some out. Everybody can recommend his own set of cymbals, but everyone has a different taste. So recommending doesn't make really much sense. I like the Paiste Signature and Sabian AAX series, I play rock/metal, still it's just my personal taste Plus I never heard Meinl cymbals, and some guys told me some Meinl series rock too. So just go to the shop and try stuff out yourself. What's your budget, then we can say for what kind of series you can look for... Buy the most expensive ones.
