Members Fran da Man Posted June 2, 2005 Members Posted June 2, 2005 I had only heard of him on some smooth Jazz radio stations....holy {censored}!!! he has a fan now. That dude's all over that bass. Harry (aka. Les Ismore) had told me about it. Thanks Harry!!! Harry, myself, and a friend of mine Bruce (bassist, drummer, guitarist) all sat together in amazement (at least I was). Brain started on a Dean B squared bass signature model, slapped it like it owed him money; then he went to a Dean hollowed body piccalo (sp?) bass...this "bassist" put most guitarist's to shame on that thing...outrageous is one word to describe what he did with that bass. He covered everything from funk to jazz to heavy metal shred... If you get a chance, don't miss this guy. http://brianbromberg.net/ Oh, if you have your volume on, the opening song on his site with the lead guitar blasting...is actually his piccalo bass...
