Members MuzikB
Is this one of THEE basses to own? Owners? Those that have tested it?
Members Incubitabus
I have a corvette FNA (different Pickup and body wood) and I love it. I have played quite a few corvette Stds and prolines, and i really like them, too. They are very growly basses, so they do great for rock, but with a little tweaking, you can get a decent slap or jazz tone out of them, too. Members MuzikB
I'm primarily a synthesist then keyboard player but I've got a strong niggle for jazz and blues. So I went out and bought a Nord Electro 2 and love it. Now I'm also looking at getting into bass guitar. I went to the local guitar center and had a bass player demo some for me. The Warwick Corvette (Passive 4 string) stood out and caught my attention. So much so that I actually took a swing at playing it with some tutoring from the bass player right there in the store. Now I want one but wanted to get some info and reassurance first.
Members Detox
I've got a Corvette Standard 5-string. I like it a lot. Never played or tried a Warwick 4-banger. Sorry this isn't too much help.

Members Zebra
I played some Corvettes in the store, and they were quite nice. A Corvette std. fretless five string stood out as the nicest of the basses I played, and that included a Wal. Make sure you try the one you're getting, they're not all the same.
