Marcus Miller Jazz Bass Switch Modification

I've readen many reviews about the MM Jass Bass.

Several talk about a modification to keep the tone correction in passive mode.

Does anybody know how to do ?

I thought I read a review where someone talked about how its done. Sounds like a pretty easy mod.

 

Its a mod I would want if I had that bass.

The is named Tommy Thompson.

I haven't found his review.

Does anybody know how to modify the bass ?
