Hey Thundy.

I'm fine but with recent floods I'm very, very busy. I spent the whole week out of town. I must be up to 70+ hours since monday. :)

Hotels are boring so you have nothing better to do than work.

Plus, Jazz jr is on vacation and I need to take care of him.

I'll be off work in 2 weeks and it's gonna be VERY appreciated.

No band these days, can't find anything really interesting.

I jam here and there and give lessons.

Wow!

How do you manage to work those kind of hours and still be a single-father? Do you have family that helps you?

I hear ya.

I make as much money as I can when the opportunity presents itself so that I can have more, and longer, leisure time later.

I'm assuming you're still lovin' your JAF. They seem to make some nice basses. I'm pretty happy with my G&L's and the Genz-Benz. I haven't had GAS in months for bass gear.

Yeah the JAF is awesome.

I brought it to the local luthier to coat the back of the neck. I couldn't get used to oiled neck.

Now it is a great bass.

I'm still tweaking the electronics, because I love it and also because I'm picky.

Effects come and go.

Did you ever record a clip of it when the battery was out? I saw your thread about it on TB, and it sounds interesting.
