OT: Couldn't they find a better way to save money?

I am not sure how I feel about this. Once they start cutting corners, how far will they go?

I don't change my sheets at home daily, why should it matter.

 

They are changing the sheets before anyone checks into a room, I don't see the problem. It makes perfect sense and is environomically sound.

Makes sense to me. I don't change the sheets at home every day.

When you think about it though, just think of the water, soap, hydro etc... just one hotel would use everyday for all the towels, sheets etc... That is a huge hard savings by reducing the amount of washing.

New guests all get new sheets, according to the report, but those with extended stays will no longer see the daily sheet changes...

 

 

I'm OK with this. I don't know anybody who changes their sheets daily when they're at home so what's the diff?

used sheets are sold to mortuaries for body purposes...

Whats the big deal, I'll go two weeks sometimes before I change mine. And I'm sure if you mess them up with whatever bodily fluid that happens to come out, they'll change them for you by request.
