It takes a long time to heal because it heals from the outside in. Don't try to twist it until it does it itself when you are in the shower or something. Get some Bactine and spray it regularly. Members illidian
Originally posted by Meotch Who the {censored} told you that? +1 I know lots of people with ear piercings but not many that I know have their nipples pierced. Originally posted by Dragoon Good reason to have it done Uh-huh. (Yes, I knew you were being sarcastic) What's the woman getting pierced, her eyebrow? I would think that's more common (it is to me) than a nipple piercing.
Members Jazz Ad
You'd be surprised.Nipple piercing is VERY common.Just, people usually don't feel the need to display them publicly.

Members BEAD
You'll be fine. Rinse and soak it twice daily with saline solution (bactine is to harsh for a lot of people, if you use it, at least dilute it a bit). Don't pick off crusties, rinse and soak them and gently swab them off with a q-tip. Don't rotate the jewelry... this drags all the jagged stuff, and the dirty stuff, through your fresh peircing. This makes your nipple unhappy. A great way to get prepared saline solution is to buy cheap contact solution. It's already exactly what you want to clean out your peircing.
