Members Apendecto
I know this is a little way off since most of us play music that isn't geared toward dancing and DJs. But doesn't anyone know any good places to go in Windsor? Thanks.
Members Thrash Jazz
Just about anywhere on Ouellette Avenue. I can't remember a lot of the club names, but there's a few of 'em packed into the area between Wyandotte and Tecumseh. Some of the people who actually still live there will probably chime in with more specific info...
Members jbryant8159
I grew up just outside of Detroit and we always considered it a place to go, e'hem, "watch" dancing.
Members Detox
Just follow the 20-year-old U.S. kids across the bridge on a Saturday night, and watch where they go.

Members justing
Yeah, just walk down Oullete, from the river southwards.. on a weekend, pretty much all the clubs are fairly full.. a really popular place (it's not dancing though) is called Papa Cheney's, its around the corner from Oullette though, east on riverside drive (can't miss it). If you're into the underage thing, you can go to The Beach ..It's just about all 17-18 year olds with fake ID's plus a few legal agers. It's more of a dance club as well. Also, for dancing you can go to Peppers, rush, reactor... whatever. Like I said,.. if it's a weekend, just take a walk down there and you can pretty much see what's going on in each place. During the week though, they each kind of have their "on" nights. If you get tired of dancing, there are a lot of other bars down there that are really busy as well, just smaller and with a "quieter" atmosphere (without being quiet at all really...if you know what i mean ) There is also a nice strip club called Cheetahs..hah
Members Thrash Jazz
Could also try going to the Loop, it's usually more of a live music venue but I remember they had a few cool theme nights. You could also try the university pub, but they have changed it around a lot from what I hear. Are Rum Runners, Changez and The Residence still around? I don't think the Loop has live music anymore. There is usually live music in the downstairs part of that building though. The Loop is where the "art-y" crowds seem to go if they feel like they might wanna dance. The Avalon is where they go if they wanna sit. The University bar (The Thirsty Scholar) is packed on Thursday nights, and fairly busy on Friday/Saturday, but only during the school year. Don't know about Rum Runners and The Residence, but Changez is the dive-iest of dives. Bands play there often and the only people in the bar is the bands girlfriends/friends, an old drunk couple who are sleeping, and some seedy young guy trying to sell you whatever you want. I think Rum Runners closed, but I'm not 100% sure. It was in the west end, about five minutes or so past the bridge. Residence was a decent dance club, IIRC. Can't remember exactly where it was, so I guess it wasn't that memorable. Hmmm, I remember seeing Changez packed a few times... but you're right, it was for bands, not dancing... hehe

You're referring, of course, to the Windsor Ballet.
